CCA - Committee of Business Culture

Taking cue from a going concern activity and promoted from some year in Wurth Italy, Viterie Venete S.r.l has decided, in an optical of continuous growth and development, to establish «a Committee of Business Culture». The CCA intends to become ambassador of the ideas and initiatives that arise spontaneously within the company; task of the Committee of Culture is to verify the feasibility of the proposals and to organize activities that have met the most consensus among all employees.

Initiatives with a sporting, playful and cultural character, mean to not only create an atmosphere of more and more careful job to the professional aspect but also and above all to the human aspect of the «staff».

The appointments, organized outside of the working hours, encourage socialization and allow to know not only as «colleagues». Being able to suggest to the inside of just the context of job activity of various kinds according to their inclinations and passions opens new channels of communication, stimulates a new sense of belongings to the same company itself, strengthens the sense of integration. The Committee does not perform any type of assignment of trade-union to within the company, but the example Wurth Italy, has demonstrated how the consolidated trust and cooperation of the employees with the Culture Team, has also helped to obtain contractual benefits – social securities, overcoming the so-called the standard of collectives agreements that govern our work.

The Culture Committee after its first year of activity is growing in proposals and organizational capacity. The committee is invested of a new role: to be a real point of reference for corporate giving voice to all!
